• Labor rate                                  $90/hr ($100 for Diesel engines)

• Diagnostic charge                    $50 (minimum)

If you choose to not repair and purchase a replacement unit from us, we will wave the diagnostic fee.  Some diagnostic fees can be higher due to more complex issues.  We reserve the right to charge the diagnostic fee at drop off for brands we do not carry.

• Pickup & Delivery                       $80 (and up)

• Delivery on new equipment    $40 (starting at)

On all new zero-turns, riding mowers & larger snowblowers

• Installation, warranty and repair on Generac Home Standby Generators

SERVICE, REPAIRS & SHARPENING ARE DONE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.  REPAIR TIME ON ALL EQUPMENT VARIES ON THE AVAILABILITY OF PARTS NEEDED

 Equipment remaining on premises 30 days after notification of completion of work can be resold or scrapped. Thoman's LLC will not be held responsible for any weather related issues with your equipment after you are notified

• Return check fee                                            $50

• All repaired items are expected to be paid for at time of pickup (see below for delivered items)

• No returns on equipment (unless stated by manufacturer)

• No returns on electrical or special order parts

• No warranty, expressed or implied, is given on used equipment

• FInancing available on repair bills over $500.00

 All repaired items that are delivered will have a copy of the bill left with the item. All invoices are due upon receipt. Invoices not paid within ten days will begin to accrue interest at 1.5% per month. Invoices not paid within thirty days will receive a courtesy phone call as a reminder. Invoices not paid within 50 days will be sent a final notice with a date that final payment will be accepted. Invoices not paid within 60 days of the items return will be turned over to the local magistrate for collection where the customer will be responsible for all additional collection fees.
